How do I sign in?
We use magic links, so there is no password. Enter your email on the sign-in page and we send you a one-tap link. Open it on the same device and you are in.
I bought a course but do not see it yet.
Access usually appears within a minute of checkout. Try refreshing your dashboard. If it still is not there after a few minutes, contact us with the email you used to buy it.
How do refunds work?
Full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. After 30 days, refunds are at our discretion. Use the contact form or email us to request one.
How do I cancel the Imprint Pass?
Open your account page and use the cancel option there. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
How do I add another child?
From your dashboard, use the kid picker and choose "Add a kid". Every child on your account shares the courses you own, with their own separate progress.
